- Disassemble
- Decode
- Attempt to derive source code
from any Helm AI software or services.
Competitive Analysis
Use the Services to:
- Develop competing products
- Benchmark competing solutions
- Replicate functionality
- Train competing AI systems
without Helm AI's prior written consent.
Unauthorized Access
You shall not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Circumvent security controls
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Access systems outside your authorization
Automated Abuse
You shall not:
- Use bots
- Conduct scraping
- Perform data harvesting
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Overload platform infrastructure
without written authorization.
6. CUSTOMER DATA
Customers retain ownership of all customer data submitted to Helm AI.
Helm AI does not acquire ownership rights over customer data.
Customer data includes:
- Uploaded documents
- Business records
- Operational data
- Financial data
- Workforce data
- AI-generated reports
- AI-generated outputs
Customer data remains subject to the Helm AI Privacy Statement.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
- Accuracy of submitted information
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Obtaining necessary consents
- Managing user permissions
- Protecting credentials
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs
Customers remain responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
8. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER
Helm AI provides AI-generated:
- Insights
- Recommendations
- Forecasts
- Risk assessments
- Workflow suggestions
- Operational analyses
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Helm AI does not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Suitability
- Reliability
- Future outcomes
Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before implementation.
9. USER FEEDBACK
If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or enhancement requests to Helm AI:
- Helm AI may use such feedback without restriction;
- Helm AI shall own any resulting improvements;
- No compensation shall be owed.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users shall not use the Services to:

Helm AI is not responsible for:

13. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
Helm AI may:

Helm AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

- Your violation of law;

- Customer-provided content or data.
19. EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS
Users shall comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade compliance laws.

20. FORCE MAJEURE
Helm AI shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
